What we collect
When you create a PitchTrace account, we store your email address and a securely hashed password. When you use the app to track games and bullpens, we store the roster, pitcher, and lineup information you enter, along with pitch-by-pitch data (pitch type, velocity, location, and outcome) for the games you track.
How we use it
This data is used only to power your own analytics, reports, and coaching insights inside PitchTrace. We do not sell player or team data, and we do not share it with third parties except the infrastructure providers (hosting and database) required to run the app.
Data access and deletion
Your team's data is scoped to your account and not visible to other coaches. If you'd like a copy of your data or want it deleted, email us at PitchTrace.Support@gmail.com.
